Sometimes, when installing any version of Microsoft Office, you may encounter various errors, or errors may occur when activating the application. Instructions for Use

1. Launch the installed utility. The main menu will appear. Select the “Office” option and click “Next”.


2. Choose “I have Office installed, but I’m having trouble installing it” and click “Next”.


3. In the next window, when asked “Is this the affected machine?” – select “Yes”.


4. We recommend selecting all Office applications that the utility identifies to fix all problems with Office. This can include any version of MS Office, Visio, or Project. After selecting, click “Next”.


The removal process may take some time, about 10-15 minutes. After the procedure is complete, the utility will prompt you to restart your PC – please restart it. After that, you can reinstall Microsoft Office.
