1) Typically, a complete reinstallation of Microsoft Office applications helps to resolve this error.
Go to “Finder” => Applications => Sort by name to group Office applications together in one row. Then select all applications => Move to Trash

– Then click Install on the version of Microsoft Office that you want to install.
