- Hold down the Win+ R => Enter services.msc in the field. After that, find a service called "Cryptographic Services" => Double-click on it and stop this service.

- Now you can go to the folder C:\Windows\System32\

- Find the Catroot2 folder there and delete it. Now, after removal, you can turn this service back on and check the performance of updates.
