WindowsUpdateDiagnostic is an official utility from Microsoft designed to diagnose any issues in your system. If the utility finds any problems, it will attempt to fix them automatically.

Instructions for use:
Launch the application and click “Next.”
In the next window, if you have Windows 10, you can proceed by clicking “Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.” If your system is older than Windows 10, simply click “Next.”
The subsequent procedure will be the same regardless of your choice.
Click “Next.”
Wait while the utility scans your system for issues.
The utility will attempt to fix any detected issues automatically.
In the final report window, you’ll see what has been fixed in your system and what issues have been detected but not resolved (marked as “Detected”).
This utility can be helpful in diagnosing and resolving various Windows update-related issues.
