What is required for technical support?

1. To identify a purchase, we need your email address that was specified during product payment, or the invoice number. You can find the invoice number in your personal account.

2. In the case of an activation error, it's preferable to provide a screenshot or photo of the activation error. Alternatively, describe the problem as it is stated in the activation error message.

From 7:00 to 23:00 - The response time ranges from 30 seconds to 2 hours, depending on the operator's workload.

From 23:00 to 7:00 - The response time may be extended to several hours.

When is a product removed from warranty service?

- The buyer did not provide accurate information about the purchase made at the SoftComputers store, such as the email or invoice number.

- The warranty service period for the product has expired - 1 year from the date of payment.

- Violation of the product usage rules, for example, exceeding the indicated number of PCs on which the key can be activated. In such a case, the key may be blocked by the manufacturer itself, and we cannot provide a warranty for it.

- Refund at the customer's request (if you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product by mistake, the software is not compatible with your equipment, etc.), we sell one product (activation key) to one individual and for one person only. Our products have a clear description and title, so please be careful in selecting the necessary product before purchasing.
