If you have two or more operating systems installed on your computer, or if for some reason you have two bootloaders installed, you will be prompted to choose which operating system to boot when you turn on your computer. If the user does not make a selection, the default OS (the top one in the list) will be loaded.

If you don’t want the system to display such a list of OS at startup and want it to immediately load into the desired system, you need to do the following:

Press the win+R key combination, and enter sysdm.cpl

Next, go to the “Advanced” tab and click “Settings…

Here you can set the default OS and the time to display the list of operating systems, or disable this list altogether by simply unchecking “Time to display list of operating systems”.

To save the changes, simply click “OK” in this window.
