In this article, we will discuss setting up Outlook with a Gmail account.

Adding a Gmail Account to Outlook

1) Open Outlook and Select Settings > Account > Email Accounts > Add Account.

2) Enter your email address and click Continue.

3) Outlook will launch the Gmail Sign-In window. Confirm the email you are adding and click Continue.

Note: If you see an error message saying Something went wrong, select Retry and, when prompted, add your Gmail account information again.

4) Follow any prompts for two-factor authentication. (This prompt appears only if you have previously added two-factor authentication to this account.)

In the Google Account Permissions window, select Allow.

Important: After connecting your Gmail account to Outlook, you may see a warning in your Gmail inbox about a new sign-in. This is expected behavior.

Once Outlook finishes adding your Gmail account, you can add another email account or click Done.

After these settings you can go back to outlook and see your gmail inside the outlook mail service
