WinToFlash – This is an application for creating a bootable flash drive. With it, you can create a bootable flash drive with an operating system for subsequent installation on a computer. The application is easy to use, and its functionality is designed in such a way that it guides the user step by step. The application has both a free version and a paid one. We will use the free version, which is sufficient to accomplish the task of creating a bootable flash drive.
You can download WinToFlash from the developer’s official website.
Or from our server.
Launch the application for installation, the first window acquaints the user with its functionality.
Accept the license agreement.
Choose the free installation version.
Wait for the application installation to complete.
Now proceed directly to the installation. Click on the first selection item in the main application menu – “Windows Setup Bootable USB Wizard”.
In the next window, simply click “Next”.
In the next window, select “I have an ISO image or archive (RAR, ZIP, DMG or other)”.
Now in the next step, select your installer for writing, which you downloaded in advance. In our case, it will be the Windows 10 installer (it can be any other for you). We recommend using only original Windows installers. You can download Windows installers of any version from our catalog on the next page.
The flash drive (USB disk/drive) will be automatically detected, but if you have inserted multiple flash drives, you can select the desired flash drive from the “USB Drive” dropdown menu. Then click “Next”.
Simply click “Next” in the next window.
The application will warn you that the flash drive will be formatted, meaning all previously written information on it will be completely deleted without the possibility of recovery. Click “Continue”.
Accept the license agreement.
Now wait for the installer to be written to the flash drive.
After the writing is completed, you will see the following window “The Wizard has finished preparing the drive”. Now you can click the “Exit” button and boot from your created bootable flash drive by setting the USB drive as the boot device in Bios/UEFI.
