Working Offline mode in Outlook

The Outlook mail client can operate in both offline and online modes. In offline mode, you can view your received and sent emails, but you won’t be able to receive or send emails. This mode is indicated as “Working Offline.”

If you see a message about offline mode in Outlook, your mail client will not receive or send emails.

To disable this mode, open the “Send/Receive” tab => Work Offline, and click on this button.

Incorrect password or server settings

If you’ve changed your email password on the website, you’ll need to update it in the Outlook client as well. To change your password, go to Outlook => “File” menu => Account Settings => Select your email address => Change => Change the password.

Additionally, check your server settings in the same menu for both incoming and outgoing mail parameters. Depending on the email service you use.
