The error code 30183-1011 or 0-1011, 3088-1015 during the installation of the Microsoft Office package may occur due to issues with internet connection, insufficient space on your hard drive, or remnants left from a previously installed version of Microsoft Office that conflict with the installation.

Let’s look at how to resolve this issue:

1. First and foremost, to avoid any issues, we recommend using only original installers of Microsoft Office. You can download them from our catalog.

2. Follow the instructions below. Restart your PC and try installing Office again.

3. Check for available space on your C drive, as Microsoft Office may automatically install on this disk. It’s advisable to have a minimum of 10-12 GB of free space.

4. Try temporarily disabling all VPN and proxy services, antivirus programs, and firewalls during the Office installation, as they may interfere with connecting to Microsoft servers. This is especially important if you’re using an online installer.

5. Follow these instructions. Restart your PC and try installing MS Office again.
